David Moreno bought a box of old clothes at an estate sale for twenty five dollars. Most of the clothing was worn out and damaged, including moth eaten sweaters and faded shirts. However one item stood out to him. It was an old military jacket that appeared to date back to the Second World War. When he tried the jacket on he felt something unusual inside the lining. The small map appeared to show routes that were used to move people across occupied territory and into safer areas. Historians know that resistance groups frequently relied on such secret routes to help smuggle soldiers, pilots and civilians away from German controlled regions.
