Half of the fun is the intense anxiety of getting the piercing and then the needle goes threw and your like wait. That didnt even hurt thats it? Then the first week of "omg my piercings 4 days old and the redness is gone" and then the 2 month old debate "can i take it out" and then finally its time to change the jewlery and ur super excited. And atp u have a bond with your piercing. You dont get any of that with an annoying cuff that falls out

honestly conch didn’t really hurt for me and it’s my 5th cartilage piercing . it seriously is just a shot and then you have it for a life time instead of wondering where your ear cuff went
