Tire repairs are supposed to be in the middle tread section to be considered safe and permanent. The customer needed a temporary solution to safely get to a tire shop and keep moving for a couple of days, so we explained everything and went ahead with a short-term patch. We checked it after and made sure there were no leaks, tire held air and was good to go for now.
