not everyone has the same heart as you was probably one of the hardest lessons i learned over the years growing up, especially when someone once made you feel safe enough to finally stop expecting people to leave. i think that’s why empathy and emotional accountability matter too, because when you ask someone to trust you, love you openly, and lower their walls around you, the impact of how things end stays longer than people realize. and even after that i still think choosing to stay kind is one of the hardest and bravest things a person can do, especially for people who learned how to survive by becoming emotionally strong for everyone except themselvess

Thank you so much, man. I’ve only seen two of your vids on my fyp but it already opened up my mind a little. I needed to hear these. Recently I’ve been caring so much about how someone performs that may directly affect me. I had expectations on them. And when it doesn’t go my way, I just end up getting wrecked while the other doesn’t give a care. Maybe all I had to do was to avoid expectations. Thanks again. Hope you have a good day
