Creamy garlic chicken and bacon tagliatelle 😮‍💨  tagliatelle is one of the best pasta shapes for creamy pasta dishes imo it’s such a comfort food and the sauce stays saucy 🤌🏻 567 calories and 46g protein per portion ✔️ Hit SAVE and run to make it 📌💕 Ingredients (serves 2):  200g chicken breast cubed  Salt  Pepper  130g dry tagliatelle  2 rashers of smoked streaky bacon 2 tsp chopped garlic  Heaped tsp italian herb seasoning  ½ tsp oregano Crumbled chicken stock cube 130ml reduced fat single Elmea cream alternative  100ml pasta water + 2 tbsp  30g light cream cheese  15g parmesan grated  A couple of sprigs of parsley chopped  💕In a bowl, season the chicken with salt and pepper. Add to a hot frying pan for 8 minutes or so until almost cooked through.  💕Meanwhile, boil the tagliatelle in a large pan of salted water and grill the bacon. Once the bacon has cooked, cut into strips.  💕Once the chicken is almost cooked, add in the chopped garlic fry for a further minute before adding in the herb seasoning, oregano, chicken stock cube, cream and water.  💕Mix over medium to high heat until slightly thickened, then add in the cream cheese. Stir until the cheese has melted and then add in the parmesan.  💕Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce. I usually loosen a little further with 2 tbsp of pasta water. 💕Serve the pasta with the parsley scattered over the top along with the bacon bits.
