im diagnosed bipolar & I struggle with anger so bad but the way I get past it is thinking “is it gonna matter in a month” if the answer is no I don’t feed into it. & 99.9% of the time the answer is no. because I know life goes on and one day it will be a past memory.

Litterally my mindset constantly! I have anxiety and I definitely worry. But the only way to calm it is to remind myself that either way, we figure it out and at least it wasn’t the end of the world. It’s how I decatstrophize things
