There’s literally nothing implying Zaahen would be stronger than Aatrox in anyway. Where are yall getting this logic from? Zaahen doesn’t even have equivalent feats to compare to Aatrox. He’s number two at best. The whole point of Aatrox lore wise is that he’s the strongest Darkin (he really expands beyond that but thats besides the point).
