@kate._x3: It all started out when the 6 year old (He's the one in the back) stole my children's bikes 2 days in a row. The 2nd day they even ditched my son's bike in the road after they tried beating him up for his bike. He came in crying. So I told the 6 year old boy that I was going to talk to an adult in their house. Well I did just that. Surprisingly they finally did answer the door for one of the first times to me. They came outside. These kids were upset that I even said something to a grown up. They were yelling and calling me names as the adult was right there. The adult went back inside soon after leaving those children unsupervised. These kids are never supervised. Within 5 min this 9 year old boy had picked up that axe and was going to come up onto my property. So I told him I was going to knock on his door and all of a sudden the neighbor boy tried running up into my house. My children held our door tightly closed as they were screaming. That's when I called the police. The police came out after 25 min. They told me they couldn't do anything about it and how I need to be careful because of the type of neighborhood I live in. #flint #michigan #police #America

You have to first call the police. No matter what the call is they have to make a record of it. Then you have to go to the juvenile prosecutors office.
