Yeah... companies know that. Their job is to get us as motivated as possible to work for as little and as free as possible to give the company EXTRA money. If I can placate you to keep you doing exactly what you've been doing until I can find your replacement or you get tired of it, then that works. We're all just cog puzzle pieces in a really weird game of 4D Chess.
