idk... depends on what white base you use. I use theatre makeup paint and mine looks smooth, but if you touch it it might come off

Ofc im not a professional and my base is literally just a white face paint (cus im kinda broke rn) this vid was meant to show that faces have texture and that u dont have to be sad when u see those pretty girls with flawless white base and clean sharp makeup and wonder why can’t your artwork look like theirs because everyone is starting somewhere, im sure it would look much better with higher quality products but sometimes u gotta work with what u got

I love all the recommendations in the comments but I also love this post and you showing makeup like this, I think it also shows the side of goth where people would use eyeshadow for grey blush or use their eyepencil to colour in their lips, in a way it IS very goth and how it started out
