Easier free way: open sidequest on vr and click the 3 lines. Open device settings and scroll all the way down. Once you see oculus tv cache. Click it. Itll return your old menu👍 btw everytime you boot your headset you gotta redo it

Ez js get lighting launcher and scroll down to android settings and click and click open open all apps search shell and click meta horizon shell click and if u see storage & cache click and press unstall
