@vantspit_privatebarbecue: Picanha Steak With Jalapeño Vinaigrette!! Scored the fat cap first and seared it hard on cast iron until crispy. Then sliced the picanha into thick C-shaped steaks and stacked them onto skewers. Finished over the fire and topped with a fresh jalapeño vinaigrette made in a jar with olive oil, vinegar, garlic and fresh jalapeños. Simple ingredients. Heavy crust.
