Edit: Judaism teaches the Jewish people’s purpose is to bring goodness and godliness to earth. Jews are commanded to make the world better until there is peace then earth will be a place ready for the messiah. Jews do not believe a being will arrive and fix everything.

So pretty much Jesus was never accepted even after the miracles he performed even Islam recognizes Jesus they just see him as a prophet not the son of God.
