My migraine treatment includes: Imitrex, zero noise (maybe the air filter on low if it’s far away), blackout curtains/no light, ac on 65 so it’s freezing cold, and praying for sleep so I’m not awake to feel the pain (more so if the auras are strong)

Cafaly helps, but only while I'm wearing it. It's a good distraction tool. Same with Nerivio; works well for a little while, but then migraine comes right back. These are so expensive, they're kind of predatory. Migraineurs will spend anything for some relief.

As someone that has suffered with severe migraines since I was little and tried every remedy and medicine, that I now have to get Botox injections every 3 months throughout my jaw, forehead, hairline and base skull/neck- this spot is definitely a huge trigger point. Always listen to Dr Youn.
