Electrolysis is better, as it's permanent hair removal. Laser is long term reduction which will require top up sessions in the future. Good luck

Laser first, clear the easy stuff. Electrolysis for the stubborn ones. Metformin for the PCOS.

For pcos I would highly not recommend laser. Worst decision I made for a girly with pcos. I’d probably go down the electrolysis route.
