Well what you do is what any towing company should do. I don’t see why that is such a bad thing. I would want cash as well cause if someone is upset they can simply stop payment. Even a check you can do that. I don’t know what else you could do.

not true felt bad or man with trailer, not all states require them to be registered just like he said, so what then you just steal a hardworking person stuff amd not give it back, all states laws don't match Tennessee laws regarding this
