@alexis.icarus: Bro was shocked. I will put more elastic next time so l don't break my face. That's the problem you can have when you become too strong for the dumbbells at your gym. I see so many guys not doing full range of motion on most compound exercises, especially on bench press. It's literally pointless to take big weight if you don't have full range of motion. Im 195cm and im doing full ROM so why not you.
