A trespasser died after being sucked into a plane’s engine as it prepared to take off after jumping the fence at Denver International Airport in Colorado. The collision, which happened as Flight 4345 prepared to depart for Los Angeles, sparked an engine fire and forced passengers to evacuate the plane. A passenger told the New York Post that he was looking out the window when he saw the “legs of a human spinning around in the engine”. The nose of the plane jerked upward on impact as a “bomb”-like explosion rattled the cabin, John Anthens said. All 224 passengers and seven crew were safely evacuated from the plane.
