Giving them the option and leaving the decision up to them (if they really need the product) isn't a bad thing. I tell people all the time, "I'm not your mom and I'm not gonna tell you how to live your life, but I want you to have the information"

If you have a bad angle, stop and you test the homeowner's pressure and the pressure is extremely high and the prv isn't working why wouldn't you give the customer the option to fix that before causes more issues? If you're not looking for the reason why something is broken or not working are you really doing your due diligence as a plumber.
Yes, we can all go in and just fix that one thing, call it a day. But will that fix the overall issue? Will it happen again to another fixture? Not saying sometimes, that just isn't that one thing, but it's at least worth looking into for the customers knowledge.

I dunno if they have a bad angle stop. Give them the option of replacing all of them. Most likely they are the same age same water condition and never touched. I think that’s fair no? Put a gauge a test water pressure for a look see and that increases the ticket and your taking care of the customer. No?
