@kimfeasts: What to expect if you’re sailing on a Royal Caribbean cruise out of Galveston 🛳️ The check-in process was smooth even though we were late to our check-in time slot! To expand more on the express check-in, before the cruise they ask you for your info. If you are sailing with a passport, you have the option to scan your passport during the pre-check in process. Manually inputting the info does NOT work to get the express check in. I originally typed in our info and we did not get express, but once I scanned our passports we did get it Follow along for more cruise content! We’ve cruised Royal Caribbean out of Galveston over 20 times. These are good tips. With regard to the 12 pack of soda being checked, out of over 20 cruises we’ve only had them open one time. But it still good advice.

They also push the specialty restaurants, but we like the Main Dining room nights. Ended up going to a lunch slot at Hooked. It was awesome!

We were on Symphony the previous week. We carried our own bags off to leave first and it was a disaster. I think the debarkation times are too compressed for the number of people on the ship and the S&S card scanners they had.
