This is how I got through grad school. It was pricey but i purchased the audiobook and textbook. If there wasn’t a separate audiobook, I used the audio feature for the ebook. It was the only way I didn’t get distracted reading my textbooks.

I love blasting chill frequencies so I don’t hear anything or have everything completely silent 😁 but sometimes the silence makes my head go off on tangents when my eyes are still reading but I’m not consciously digesting the info even tho I’m reading 😅
