Thank you for providing a more in-depth look at this BBQ place in Japan. This is how you review a place. I bet even if he didn't like it, he would explain why. He would probably say it's not to his palate, but he could see why people who enjoy that type of taste would love it. He wouldn't just spit it out. It's a more classy review, but most importantly, it shows respect for someone trying to make a living.
