I only have the blue probiotic one a d the digestive enzymes. I’ve been taking one probiotic first thing in the morning 30 minutes before my first meal. I take one digestive enzymes with the one meal a day I struggle with digesting. I’m trying to decide if taking the other probiotic also will help even more.

how quickly does it work each day. I drive lyft first thing in the morning (around 5/6a). I would hate to be driving and need an urgent break in the middle of a ride. Should I wait to take them?
