I went to a nutritionist in December and she told me to eat more (I was on 1200 cals-she said I should do 1800-2000), and honestly your videos helped me so much with that transition 🥲 I gained 10 lbs and was so upset at first, but now I feel so much stronger, healthier, workout doesn’t suck anymore and the food noise is finally gone. Today I weighed myself for the first time in months and didn’t freak out 😭 Anytime I get too critical of myself, I watch your videos and feel normal again. So thank you ❤️

U can actually scrape of the burnt bits from the bread with a knife i usually do it over the sink and it doesnt leave a burnt after taste
