My laptop has a 1650 and an i5 and I run rivals PERFECTLY FINE without ANY configs. Anyone who says they need configs to play are absolutely lying to you

The fact they put it in the game for a reason and you have to move settings around to change the visual appearance without the base game settings is cheating. Its like installing a 3rd party overlay to remove things about the game that are part of the environment the devs thought about when creating that stuff. Most people dont have access to those things so why allow it.
