@cheff.omi: Nutella Stuffed Cookie Pie 🍪✨ Ingredients: * ¾ cup (170 g) unsalted butter, melted * ⅓ cup (67 g) sugar * ½ cup (110 g) packed brown sugar * 1 large egg + 1 egg yolk * 1½ tsp vanilla extract * ¾ tsp (3 g) baking soda * ¾ tsp (4 g) salt * 2¼ cups (279 g) all-purpose flour * 2¼ cups (385 g) chocolate chips * ½ cup (150 g) Nutella for the filling Instructions: In a bowl, add the melted butter and both sugars, then mix until smooth. Add the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract and mix until fully combined. Stir in the baking soda, salt, and flour until just combined — don’t overmix. Fold in the chocolate chips. Press half of the dough into a prepared pan, spread the Nutella evenly over the top, then cover with the remaining dough and gently seal the edges. Add extra chocolate chips on top if you want 🤎 Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes, until the edges are golden and the center is still slightly soft.
