In this session, we uncovered several critical lapses na madalas nagneneglect sa busy kitchen operations. In this audit, we identified some major red flags like active pest infestation at entry points, shelf-life expiration sa storage, at critical documentation lapses. As a certified food safety compliance officer, my role is to help the business see these hidden risks before they become a liability. Hindi tayo titigil hanggang hindi natin na-iimprove nang ma-iimprove ang store operations at hygiene standards dito. On a positive note, let's give kudos to the client, very proactive ang management and willing silang ayusin yung mga lapses na nakita natin.
