Clean and pat the shrimp dry. Season lightly with salt and black pepper. 2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook shrimp until both sides turn pink, then set aside. 3. In the same pan, lower the heat and melt the butter. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in the lemon juice and mix well. 4. Return the shrimp to the pan.
