@Jake: Just get a pair of shoes with high arch support to wear at home. It helps stretch the planter fascia and ended the pain rather quickly.

That’s a great idea. I ate fresh pineapple about a cup and a half a day and saw improvement in a couple of weeks. I’m still eating it almost daily and rarely have any problems. The bromelain helps with inflammation.

I don't know.I've been reading these comments, and I have a messed up angle that I never went to the doctor for and it helps.And it lasts just as long as regular ice would on your ankle. It is just really comfy and soothing.I love it
