Yes, there's a certain kind of respect for all other beings, we just call it by another name, common courtesy. Beyond that true respect is earned

As another comment said, common courtesy such as personal space and not interrupting them 100%, other respects are earned, especially if they don't respect them first

I think in feral people should respect one another. You already respect others privacy. You can respect their own decisions. A society where everyone needs to earn another’s respect is doomed to fail, because no one would respect each other
