Literally apple watches since the series 5 have had ECG capabilities, tracks sleep and does everything this watch does and u can get a second hand one for the same price if not less, one of the more newer ones, ECGs are kinda pointless on watches as they can’t detect heart attacks, only unusual heart rhythms
