Me at the moment, it hurts like hell. I feel like I can't think straight. No one ever told me that hot flashes can feel like someone is giving you a huge bear hug that you can't escape from. I also hear that every period kind of resets the perimenopause process, so your body never really gets a long break from the cycle. This is way too much, and honestly, no one ever prepared me for it. It's so frustrating trying to figure all of this out while also trying to manage my emotions and just live life. Ugh.

back and neck pain, sweating all day, dry lips,dizzy every evening, nothing healing, shooting pain down legs, muscle cramps, knees hurt on stairs, muscle weakness and super sore,unnecessary hair, with all that going on at once is just awful.. I can't separate what's what anymore... :(

Yes! I had it on both shoulders. Started in my left one and then 2 years later moved over to the other! I couldn’t put my bra on! 😏It does last a max of 2 years then it’ll be better

Both arms! Sleeping on my side has become quite a challenge. Taking off a shirt is painful. God forbid I have an itch on my back, I cannot extend my arms back there at all
