i just went off character vibes until it made sense. you only need to get 2 people happy per biome. so dryad and witch doctor for jungle cause… green and magical? wizard and party girl for Hallow cause rainbows and confetti. angler and pirate for ocean cause… water. so on and so forth. but to answer your question, yes, basically everyone wiki’s it

I believe you can see the Bestiary in the bottom right of your inventory. There you can see information about all mobs and NPCs, including their preferred biome

Thisnis a head scratcher. So I just put 2 npc for each biome to enable pylons since it need at lease 2 nearby to allow teleport
