That Canadian HR Insight :
Lol, oh we are starting with a funny one with employer feedback. So the question is this, after your employer gives you feedback about improving on your work, just reply, “Can you explain what you like to see” or “Understand but what part of my work you are looking for me to improve on” Asking these questions is important to understand and to clarify with your employer. Now, if your employer doesn’t give you any examples, write an email to this manager and CC HR in the email mentioning and summarizing the conversation including the questions you asked with a nice hint that you would like them to reply back. Ok, for number 2, if any employer does this to you, first of all you have the emails as proof and look up workplace bullying or harassment labour laws. This will wake them up pretty fast if you file a complaint. Again, with number 3 fulls under workplace harassment if they are making any rude or uncalled-for comments. Sighing or rolling their eyes, they are acting like a child. Again, I’m only an HR professional you don’t need to listen to me or to this person or to me, look up your labour laws and rights where you live.
