It’s horrible! I’m with you sister! I wish someone would talk to us about it and tell us what to expect. The sweats are the worst! Praying for you and all of us! 🥰

Omg not me sitting here upping my anxiety meds thinking it’s just life. But the way you are describing how you felt is the way I’m feeling. I’m 43 and had a partial hysterectomy 3 yrs ago and I’ve just been going down hill sense. Thank you sooo much for this. I don’t feel so crazy

💯💯. I started at age 46 and my symptoms went on until 56. Most of the same symptoms like you have. Make sure to have your Thyroid checked also if you haven't already. I am making sure my daughter's are aware of all that I went through.

I feel peri menopause is not talked about enough or at all, mine started when I turned 37 & didn’t know what it was until I was 40 because I was talking to a friend about hair thinning & we talked more about my symptoms & she said yup that’s peri menopause, she said schedule an appt with your OBG ASAP

I started at 36, by the time I hit 45 I had a partial hysterectomy. One year later boom I was thrown into full menopause. I had every side effect you could get from having it

I started going through it in my 30s as well. I had my 3rd & last child at 33. I had a uterine ablation in my 40s because my periods were VERY heavy! Haven't had a period since 😁. I still had the hormonal stuff though... I will be 61 on May 16th

If this isn’t weird would you be willing to share who helped you DR wise. I was seeing a male doctor in NA and he won’t help me at all he says I’m too young. I’m 40 and don’t want to suffer when there are people who will help.
