I absolutely adore taking myself out on solo dates. You should also take yourself on holiday too, it’s so liberating. I have been solo travelling for years 🥰

ive done all of these and its exciting, just your own company, and believe it or not, you actually smile, you start feeling at peace... I even took myself to a concert, scary yes, enjoyed it yes, would I do again absolutely 💯.. Yes you doubt yourself but dont let it stop you, the first time is always the scary time, but you can do this.. I did I will never look back, I love taking myself out now... Get your big girl pants on and go for it... Then come tell us how you feel after 👌👌👌👏👏👏👏👏 🥰🥰🥰. Always remember you got this!!!!

I have done most of these and the level of relaxation I reached was insane!! Don’t get me wrong I love my partner but these solo dates are essential to my mental health and I love them.

Im a solo dater I have been dating me for years. Cinema dates hiring the sofa; Solo rounds of crazy golf and cocktails alone. Ive never found THAT ONE cos I am THE ONE! 🥰
