she's definitely based on the medieval era, the hat she is wearing is an actual hat from the medieval era called the hennin and a mix of the flapper era which the 1920s loved making old fashion quite modern so I'd say she was definitely made in the 1920s

My grandmother who was a doll collector says you’re definitely correct about it being 1920’s or 30’s, and she says it looks like a French style to her!
