I feel great on keto. I don’t eat high fat though, my diet is lean meat, veggies , avocado, sardines, almond meal sweets, home made keto bread made with vital wheat gluten and linseed meal. How is this unhealthy ? My cac is 0%

One positive side effect of this diet though is that they sell keto foods. So like, I buy keto tortillas and they have 10g of fiber in them and don’t spike my diabetic husband’s blood glucose. We aren’t on a keto diet though. I keep my carbs fairly high and he gets as high as his readings allow. It’s a struggle though. We are both watching cholesterol too. Reducing sources as a start, moving to statins if necessary. Thanks for your video. I think I’d 💀 if I only allowed one banana per day.

My sister is keto and has been for years. It keeps her lean and she claims it helps regulate her hormones. I’ve tried letting her know the risks, especially with how low fiber it is, but she just gets defensive and doesn’t want to hear it. I’m nervous for her long term.
