@idiotcatt: Watch illiterate people comment "Make fanservice isn't the same as female fanservice" That's NOT what I'm talking about #GenshinImpact #columbina #varesa #nefer #itto
there is a big diff between female and male fan service tho, you don't see much of men being oversexualised with big dihs to appeal to the weirdo genshin community, in EVERY media ever have women been sexualised it's tiring and nobody wants to see that anymore so yes I think men wearing short clothing or such is not comparable when you see how much sexualised women have been for years💔

my problem with these short dresses isnt the short dress itself, its the imbalance in the design (that mostly goes for newer designs rather than sumeru/fontaine ones). like look at nefer or bina, these designs are WAY too top heavy and it looks clumsy. especially with bina's dress being so uncomfortably short and having nothing under the hip area. meanwhile flins, illuga, durin, hell even varka are designed with more balance in mind

Meh idk. The last male char we had showing even an inch of skin was lyney. Since then, we’ve had mualani, xilonen, chasca, varesa, escoffier, skirk, lauma, nefer, jahoda, bina, and linnea who all either showing a lot of skin or competing in the shortest miniskirt competition. Obv there’s nothing wrong with women showing skin, I love (almost) all of those character’s designs. I’m just listing them to show the disparity between male and female designs. So I don’t think it’s unfair for someone to be happy about the 10% (a male char dressing exposed) while still complaining about the 90% (a female char dressing exposed)

literally theres such a double standard 😭 like yeah some fanservice should be criticized (ex. traditional garments being sexualized) fair enough, but this can get to the point where it reads more like "WOMEN SHOULDNT SHOW SKIN 😡😡😡😡😡"

The fanservice for male characters is different from that for female characters... The female characters are oversexualized, not the male characters. ALL female characters wear dresses that are too short, only Arlechino and maybe Chasca are in trousers, and we all know why they're half naked, it's just for the male gaze. And that's in far too many movies, manga etc, we're just fed up with the oversexualization of female characters. So this kind of video minimizes the impact that oversexualization has...

It’s about design intent, not the skin-to-fabric ratio. Shirtless guys usually fit the 'warrior' trope, while many female designs are just forced fan service that ignores their lore or job There’s a huge difference

the big deal is that its always female characters have wayy too revealing clothing. Even in child characters ,which really does lure pdfs, and really can effect other players game plays.
