This is how I learned to fold it at school. Back in the 80s we had a whole lesson in learning how to write addresses, address envelopes, fold paper and where to put the stamp. We also learned how to write checks in this lesson too and fold the check inside the paper.

Some people really dont know how to do this. I had to show a coworker who was maybe in her late 20’s how to fold paper to stuff envelopes. My mind was blown.

there's a way to fold the paper a certain way so the "you've been served"that's on the top of the page really pops when you open it.

Also, kids barely use paper anymore. And they don’t mail letters. Of course people don’t know how to fit a piece of paper neatly into an envelope.
