@Chichi nice: To the realtors and construction companies in Ghana, please try and reconsider the pricing of houses for the average Ghanaian. Some of us genuinely want to own homes and are willing to buy, but the pricing is becoming unrealistic. How does a normal 3-bedroom house suddenly cost 1.7 million cedis and above? Not everyone is into politics or big business. Many hardworking people simply want a decent place to call home. Building beautiful houses is good, but affordability matters too. If payment terms were more flexible and prices more reasonable, more people would be able to buy instead of only admiring from afar. Housing should not feel impossible for the average citizen.
