Honestly no matter what the doctors reaction is to any updates it’s always better to cover your ass. If a doctor responds to me like that I’ll just be like “k just wanted to let you know” and then I always document if I notified the MD and I’ll legit just write “no interventions at this time” if that’s their response

honestly being a new grad sucks and pre shift anxiety sucks … keep at it trust me in one years time you’ll be happy you did …get some experience under your belt and then go per diem or find work that’s more suited for you!

I’m so not a fan of dr interactions like that! You’re right to just notify if you aren’t sure, it’s better to be the one that does too much than miss something important.

Be gentle with yourself. You are one person who can only be in one place at a time. You’ll get your routine and things will fall into place. :)

Girl, you are the biggest badass ever. No matter how many bad days you are having, you are still smashing it. They help you grow as a nurse and a person. Your bad days will shape you in ways the good days can’t but I praaaay you have so many more good days because I know how disheartening a bad day can be. You’re smashing it, I hope you know that ♥️
