I’ve been struggling to give this up. I can resonate with this too. I use to this with friends when we were out, but I’ve started doing it alone in my bedroom in complete silence absolutely munted. When I’m out I’m scraping the dirty dregs up for every last bit. I can barely sleep my nose is blocked all the time. I’m just so incredibly lost and sad
