Taco Mac & Cheese The ultimate easy Taco Tuesday dinner! Creamy cheesy shells loaded with taco beef, Rotel, and topped with all your favorite taco toppings. This one is always a hit with the whole family. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 lb small shell pasta 1 can mild Rotel, drained
16 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 packet taco seasoning
2/3 cup milk
Mexican blend cheese for topping Directions: 1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside. 2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and drain any excess grease. 3. Stir in taco seasoning and drained Rotel. Mix well. 4. Add cubed Velveeta cheese and milk. Stir until melted and creamy. 5. Add cooked pasta and mix until fully coated. 6. Top with Mexican blend cheese and let melt. 7.
