I quit on thursday with no back up plan… management basically forced me too. I wasn’t really appreciated, overworked all the time, others got away with so much stuff while I get blamed, carried most of the work load because others were too lazy to do their job. the feeling sucks at first, but I feel so much relief 🥺

I quit 4 jobs. Best thing I ever did. At 38 I figured if I wanted more money I had to start my own business. My highest paying job, I made more money in one month in my business. Not me but the company. My self and my wife. The company is 34 years old and still alive. It take guts and determination. Once again, best thing I ever did.
