Sounds like they aren’t optimizing their schedule to the need of clients. I hope you gave that feedback to management! My local CP is great at adjusting schedules based off members needs, but I hear some of them can be rough.

I cancelled and got refunded before they even opened my local. I was super disappointed to do it, but like you said it I'm paying for something I want the opportunity to use it.
