My husband has health issues & I HAVE to cook bc eating out is a no-go now😔. But once I stock up on the things that he can eat, his diet has to change again (red meat is now a non option)🙄. I thought that we were supposed to enjoy middle/late life🤦♀️😂😂

want to try one pan dinner? chicken, carrots and potatoes, fresh parsley, salt, pepper, butter, and chardonnay. usually use two sticks of butter. cut potatoes like if you were making French fries, not thin fries. cut carrots on diagonal not thick hut not thin sort of like the potatoes. put butter pats all o er bottom. put chicken inthe middle, carrots and potatoes around the chicken. put butter pats all over the chicken carrots and potatoes. salt and pepper fresh parsley, fill pan wuth chardonnay till chicken is almost covered with the wine but not. cover with foil in a 375° oven, bottom of oven. when potatoes and carrots are almost done take off foil for 10 minutes and check the liquid level. You might have to add more if tge wine...it's very easy and packed with flavor. any cheap dry white wine works 💕🥰❤️
