I’m trying to assess how much time between when you applied your moisturizer to finishing up with the setting powder at the very end of your routine?!? 🤔 Super time pressed most mornings here and I don’t often have 30-60 minutes to wait for my moisturizer to be completely dry, but if I don’t wait, then the ‘matte’ look I’m after looks too dewy/shiny.
