So it’s usually affirming your sin is normal in most people.. but not Christian’s. It makes you feel better because it’s relatable, based in sins. A lot are good, but the bases of it isn’t. Satan comes as a beautiful angel. It’s making you complacent and not radical as a Christian. It’s rainbows and butterflies, when anyone who’s stood up for a worthy cause knows it’s anything but easy, rainbows, and butterflies. It references passages of the Bible, but not anything about tools of an actual Christian, especially in this day and age. Complacency or bare minimum doesn’t work at home, your job, your friends, anything.. but someone makes your salvation seem complacency is normal or easy if you read the devotional and pray at night? How does that seem normal or like it’s enhancing your Christian journey?
