@itsaflavorfullife: Crazy how a few simple hacks can make lunch or dinner SO much easier!   I’m partnering with @Taylor Farms and um, their Brussels kits!? I tried the peach whiskey, Korean BBQ and sweet and sour flavors and it’s safe to say, I’ll always have a bag stocked in my fridge! Such a convenient and delicious way to get MORE VEGGIES in your diet. And we all need more veggies, amirite!? To make this meal: Spritz the Brussels with olive oil and season with pinches of salt and pepper. Pop them in the air fryer at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Season salmon fillets with salt, pepper, smoked paprika and a little bit of the peach whiskey glaze and add the salmon at the 7-minute mark. Warm up a packet of quinoa/brown rice When the Brussels are crispy and cooked, toss them with the remaining peach glaze. Serve up your bowls with whatever toppings you like! I did microgreens, feta, pepitas and green onions.
